The method of application is through our simple and secure online process. If you wish to apply and haven’t already familiarised yourself with the membership categories and requirements you should do so now click here.

You can access the form for new applications from the ‘Forms’ link in the left hand menu.

We endeavour to process new applications within 1 week provided we are able to contact the independent character reference that you must provide on the application.
Once your application has been processed, you will be electronically invoiced for the appropriate sum, based on the month of application plus a once-only application fee of $25.

Membership fees have been set at the following rates and become due on 1st January each year.

 

Clinical $125.00
Professional $100.00
Qualified $75.00
Student $50.00

 



In your first membership year, fees are adjusted on a pro-rata basis depending on the month in which you make application.

If applying between March and August, the application form provides the option for you to be invoiced through until December in the following year. Applications received after 1st September will be invoiced until the end of the following year.
